Having contacted Alan to resume sport, I was put in contact with Alizée, a coach of the team, and she is great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best coach, would recommend 💪😁 Alizée knew how to supervise me in the best way for a recovery, with adapted and various exercises, by pushing me to do a little more each time, to exceed my limits. I gained strength quickly and the visible physical results followed soon after. All accompanied by objective and realistic nutrition advice. As a coach, Alizée gave me confidence in my abilities, re-motivated me, and I was able to quickly achieve some of my goals (especially the push-ups). The same goes for Alan and all his team whom I met at the Barbell Union room, where he reigns a good atmosphere of mutual aid and kindness, a sport atmosphere in its truest sense.

Alan nous a orienté vers Alyzee. Depuis 1 an elle est ma coach. C’est parfait : salle très agréable, ambiance à la fois cool, sympathique mais sérieuse. Alyzee est super pro, toujours de bonne humeur, elle sait s’adapter à chaque profil (tous les âges, tous lés objectifs…) et les progrès sont impressionnants. Tout ça dans la joie et la bonne humeur, enfin, on souffre quand même à chaque fois parce qu’elle ne nous ménage pas mais … on aime ça!
