I sought Alan's help when I was no longer able to progress after a few years of bodybuilding and competitive bench press training. Alan was very involved and attentive. He was able to find the right planning, the right adjustments taking into account my professional and family constraints and managed to motivate me in difficult times. Thanks to him I was able to move forward: I surpassed all my records and gained muscle mass. I highly recommend for any type of practice, Alan will find the keys that will allow you to progress or come back after an injury.

I gained strength quickly and visible physical results followed soon after. All accompanied by objective and realistic nutrition advice. As a coach, Alizée gave me confidence in my abilities, remotivated me, and I was able to quickly achieve some of my goals (especially the push-ups). The same goes for Alan and all his team that I met at the Barbell Union room, where he reigns a good atmosphere of mutual aid and kindness, a sport atmosphere in its truest sense.

En tant que coach, Alizée m'a donné confiance en mes capacités, remotivée, et j'ai pu rapidement atteindre certains de mes objectifs (notamment les pompes). lazd azkopdAlan est un super coach. Pratiquant la musculation depuis 3 ans, je me suis progressivement lassée de ce sport. Puis j’ai connu Alan qui m’a fait découvrir la force athlétique et m’a proposé un coaching. Depuis je n’ai fait que progresser autant sur les charges que physiquement ! Cela fait maintenant 1 an qu’Alan m’accompagne dans ma pratique sportive et il m’aura fait évoluer sur plusieurs aspects de ma vie. Il est très à l’écoute et les programmes personnalisées et les suivis sont top. Je n’en serai pas là aujourd’hui sans lui, il me pousse toujours plus loin.
